We are very pleased to announce that our mx.DMS (version v5.48.1.0) has been awarded with the VOI-CERT certification.
The VOI-CERT certification body of the VOI Service GmbH part of the VOI – Verband Organisations- und Informationssysteme e.V. thereby officially confirms that mx.DMS meets all applicable requirements of the VOI certification program “PK-DML ready.” „PK-DML ready“ erfüllt.
What does VOI-CERT certification mean?
The certification is based on recognized testing criteria for digital document management processes and related IT solutions (PK-DML, 5th edition, 2019). These were developed in collaboration between the VOI e.V. and the TÜViT Informationstechnik GmbH (TÜV NORD GROUP) .
The “PK-DML ready” certification program verifies whether a software solution meets the defined requirements for:
- compliant document management
- secure and traceable processes
- structured digital archiving
- reliably ensures the integrity and availability of information.
This successful certification thus confirms that mx.DMS meets the highest quality and security standards and reliably supports companies in implementing document processes that comply with industry standards.
